Petty Kitchen Knife

The Petty kitchen knife is an optimal complement to the Villetta and CHEF 2.0, perfectly suited for all smaller kitchen tasks.

Its lightness and pointed blade shape make it ideal for cutting and coring fruits and vegetables. Its practical size also makes it perfect for picnics and barbecues, where it can even be used as a steak knife.

The blade is produced in our workshop in the Harz region, made from handcrafted 120-layer Damascus steel (75Ni8/90MnCrV8) or 3-layer laminate with 2 outer layers of historical puddled iron (approx. 1790-1860) and a cutting edge of particularly durable carbon steel (1.2419).
