Our Peeler 2.0 made from stainless Balbach Damascus steel and stabilized woods from the local forests around the Harz mountains.

Handle length 11 cm

Blade thickness 2.5 mm at the spine, ground down to zero.

Hardness approx. 60 HRC

These are handmade unique items from the Harz region, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.

Minimal deviations in shape, size, and color are possible.
